That would be quite silly, but I love it. How many players play for a team when their jersey is already retired? Could he wear 34 again?

I don't know, but it would be cool... and imagine the buzz we'd generate.

One of the greatest players I ever got to watch. Also one of the few players that upped his game in the playoffs. I believe I was 15 in 2000 when we won and Shaq was dropping 40 point games on teams like it was no big deal. He upped his averages to 30 PPG, 15 boards, and 2 blocks in those 2 title runs. He couldn't be stopped, and if he played in today's soft league he would average 20 ft's a game (not that that would have been a good thing for him I know) with all the punishment he used to take down low that wasn't called because he was big. Yeah, he probably could have been dominant for longer had he taken care of himself more, but it is what it is, he belongs with the rest of the NBA legends to me.

Damn the footwork he had at that size. #6 was my favorite there, coast to coast for the spin and jam, sick. And lol at Dudley throwing the ball at Shaq, like he wanted any part of a fight with him.

Can you dig it? As much as we all did when he dunked over Portland on a lob from Kobe. Yes, sir.
