f*** M&M twins (@Cookie). Just like... couldn't THEY get hurt instead of Hart. We have Hart, we win this and POR games.

    Midgets. One literal. Both mental.

Playoffs are looking more like a distant dream at this point, but I’m just glad to be within the conversation this season. That’s what I was at least hoping for this season.

If not for this premature jinx thread, we could have snuck in IMO

You will remember it was contingent on IT regaining his mojo from last year prior to his injury. Lightning in a bottle and all that ****. Well ..... injuries plus IT is not doing that. And by the way bite me.

We need a miracle to make the playoffs. This year 3-10 seed in the West are in and out of the playoffs. Just the fact we are in the conversation to have hope at this time of the year is a huge improvement from the following years. If we strike out on free agents in the summer and only retain Randle this same team will be in the playoffs next year.

As long as we f*** up the Thuggets chances to make the playoffs , we're good . Would be hilarious to beat them on Tuesday then to lose the last game on purpose against the Floppers if needed !

Surprised abeer didn't start a reverse jinx thread for us to go along with all the hard work he's been putting in on his Houston-Reverse-Jinx.

30 wins, 16 games left. Have to go 11-5 to finish .500. To be talking about this at this point in the season is freaking awesome. This team has taken several steps forward since last season, heck even since 2017!

Even if we can't fight for a playoff spot, I hope we make it hard for the teams that are trying to sneak in.

If we finsih this season .500, Luke Walton needs to get Coach of the Year. Almost NOBODY had us finishing .500, and for us to be in a position to do so despite a ridiculous schedule, injuries, and mid-season trades would be remarkable.

I imagine if Toronto finishes as a surprise 1 seed, Dwayne Casey will win COY, deservedly so. What I don’t get is why Harden will be runaway MVP when the Rockets team added Chris Paul and got better overall. Chris Paul = James Harden MVP. Ok. Meanwhile Anthony Davis is carrying the Pelicans. I prefer the award to go to players like that, same as Westbrook last season.

yeah, the oddest story in the league is harden's unquestioned mvp status, imo. the reason they're dominating is paul. i'm really not sure how the entirety of the press has missed this. when he's been out, they've been the same team they were before, when they weren't good enough for harden to get mvp, stats be damned.

Yeah I also find it odd that Harden is the UNQUESTIONABLE mvp. Makes no sense to me. They didn't miss a beat with Harden out...just like they don't miss a beat with Cp3 out...that system they're in also makes it easier for everyone to eat.

I think the MVP needs to be either Anthony Davis (if the Pels finish 3rd) or somebody like DAME (if PORTLAND finishes 3rd). Almost nobody had Pels or Blazers this high...and here they are (Pels without Cousins were expected to drop out of the playoff race)

I think I might have to do an about face on the Spurs making the playoffs....their spot seems to be vacated and open for the taking.

Goes without saying, tonight is a must win and Murray needs to catch that fade.

Out of the teams that are immediately ahead of us, I only respect Utah.

OKC has the toughest remaining schedule
SA has the second toughest remaining schedule (and possibly no Kawhi this season)
cLips will continue to find a way to cLip
Denver...please. Bullyius got their 2 best players shook
Minny has to deal with the Butler injury and now suddenly some internal strife.
Just keep winning and let the rest of the it materialize. But we gotta keep at it. GS tonight with a ton of bodies missing and Klay has recently fractured his thumb (Steph's birthday must've been one crazy night)....Gotta win tonight.

How amazing would it be if somehow that last game of the season against the Clippers was for the 8th seed. There's like 0.005% chance of that happening, but it would be great.
