    how the hell is that tampering? and why are the lakers the only team getting fined for "tampering?"

    literally every coach has praised other players before. league is such a joke

    I'm hoping were getting fined cause when we reel something in nobody can b**** cause the league has been monitoring and keeping a close eye on us ;) . Translation, if somen goes down the league is covered from not getting hated on by non Laker fans and we went by the rules to do so haha.

    If I’m not mistaken Thibs is president of Wolves basketball operations isn’t he? Yet he praised Kawhi Leonard, exactly what Magic did and yet didn’t get fined. This is a joke through and through. They should appeal this vehemently.

    Well...Laker management should bring this up and question the League office. Show examples so that we are not always the precedent. Maybe Gilbert b****ed about it then got noticed.

    It is innocuous overall... In context, it was something any player would say about another player great or not. It's Johnson's title that did him in. Technicality at its stupidest.

    I also think its complete bogus but the NBA wants to prove a point to the Lakers it seems.

    With that said, Magic should stop talking about other players once and for all.
