He was not mentally or physically ready to play and it showed. Not a good look.

I've been shocked at Zu's drop off. He looked like a keeper last year but I don't know what is up with the kid. Send him to the G league again for a while.

Maybe his tree trunk legs simply have too much mass to get them moving fast enough. Yeah first in Summer League and now again he has looked like he has regressed somehow. Maybe his Dad needs to take him to the hills at the beach with his parachute rig. Assuming Zu could move fast enough to fill the chute with air.

I think he was just over excited about a game he was finally playing in. He'll be alright.

This could be considered a petty WMC, but I hate wearing the white jerseys on the road. I know Nike changed the uniform rules, but we ought to at least wear the golden armor if we have to wear a light-colored jersey. The white ones should remain a Sunday thing.

I don’t like the white jerseys at all, Sunday or not.

Tough loss. We should have won that one. I thought the substitution for Randle at the end was a bit too late. Nurkic was basically eating him alive and let him get 4 momentum swinging points before Luke decided to go back to Lopez.

Yeah Randle was being physical and making it tough but Nurkic was shooting over Jules with his length. Subbing in Lopez a bit earlier could have changed the outcome.

My wmc today was the refs, horrible officiating. I still don't understand how some of these refs don't get fired for the amount of mistakes they make

Better team gets all the calls... it's about respect, and I don't think Luke has it. he needs to shout like Thibs or be an a****** like Pop

If Lillard didn't get the Harden treatment from the refs we would have won this game by about 10 points. Still, got to give him credit, he knocked down the free throws he was given and in the end that three was all him and all heart.

Can the Lakers ever draft a #2 that doesn't play like a bust?

Zero movement on Lopez postups , weakside action is optional in Luke offense
