As a European FOOTBALL fan it became a reason for me not to, and for many others as well. But it's probably still good business.
Really? Havent met many that use it... anyway, looking at the Sport and American Football it seems redonk and i refuse to comply
Cause it was an older term, short for As"soc"iation Football. Added the typical "-er" for slang, it became "Soccer".
Thanks, that was educational, I had no idea. My point still stands though its like calling the sport of basketball NBA (actually even worse because at least the NBA clearly represents the best of the sport). I'd rather stick with the term that describes the activity.
Then we shall call American Football, HandEgg! Haha, I was just pullin your leg. I call soccer football as well.
Ask not what you can do for sirronstuff ...... but what can sirronstuff do for you? Hey Bud, help an entire fan base out? With those subtle and talented skills of yours we need an anti canary yellow campaign to smack always fashion conscious Jeanie Buss over this hideous new color. What do you think? What the f*** were they thinking? Give us back the classic P&G colors!!! Serious as a heart attack here ..... the color blows. << Look at comparison.
That bright yellow is horrible!!!! Total agreement. But after hating on LLLLLebron, I just have nothing left for this fight. Let's let lack of jersey sales speak volumes instead. Money talks, gifs mocks
How about movement on Facebook to bring them back next year and asap for an alternate retro colors option this year with Jersey sales? Win win for Lakers as they can promote the New Lakers Gold (named by mktng. dept) for those that like it and feedback from fan base this year for next year. Maybe an additional original colors retro alternative home version this year to go with other alternate versioms to actually have the team wear. But Facebook fans could certainly create some noise. We can't be the only ones hating it.
Yeah that's why I was talking of building an awareness of fan dislike this year to hopefully fix next year or phase back in the classic P&G colors in an additional alternate scheme. Because they already have committed canary yellow and blue (?) to this year's retail inventory.
(Un)luckily my body type does not go well with jerseys so I'll be picking up the jersey shirts. Hopefully the purple and gold aren't disgusting looking.
