Thanks guys. I couldn't figure out what the whole letter was, but that makes sense. Seems like Littlefinger is going to try to play Arya and Sansa against each other.
I was thinking Guardian's of the Wall. Jon is Starlord. Tormund is Drax. Hound is (adult) Groot. Gendry is Rocket.
It kinda annoys me that Jon has been King in the North for all of 5 minutes and these Northern lords are already openly musing about treason and talking crap about him behind his back.
I won't be surprised if Little Finger has actually crossed the Wall and made an alliance with the Night King
Spoiler: Ep5 So many bombs dropped this episode, holy crap. -The Jaime/Bronn thing felt like a cop out but whatever, we'll move on. -A lot of great shots of Drogon here. (New drinking game, take a shot every time you hear "bend the knee") -Night King's death stare, we still don't know his powers. -Old maesters feel like politicians of today... -Davos has quickly became a fan favorite this season, he and Tyrion steal every scene they are in. And the Gendry scene was awesome! -The bro reunion was something, great acting. -I think Cersei's is lying about her pregnancy, a plow to keep Jaime loyal. -Gendry/Jon meet up was great, dude seems pumped up for being gone so many seasons. -Gilly dropped the biggest line of dialogue of the entire show's history. In between windows and s***. Jon has the most legitimate claim to the throne. -Drogon with the "I allow you to pet me", Dany quietly freaking out about it. And her facial expressions in general were on point, especially when Jon said he was leaving. -Little Finger doing Little Finger things. -Eastwatch scene was absolutely great. Maybe they filmed an extra long director's cut of this that will be included in the BluRay/DVD of the 7 of them connecting the dots between them. -Inb4 Benjen appears out of nowhere to save Jon Speculation: the last shot of the season will be Jon riding a dragon.
I'd like to develop a relationship with the other dragons. Also, I was disappointed there wasn't more fall out from the scorpion.
Yeah. If one of the dragons dies (which most of us are expecting), if it's not Drogon, will it really bother us all that much? It'll suck to see Dany sad and maybe even the other dragons sad, but they basically were given a name and and then thrown in a dungeon. They should let Rhaegal get close with Jon and then kill it or something. I'm already a little worried about the way the show has not really taken out a "favorite" in a while.
Watching this season makes me more angry with GRRM. The book series should be complete by now and the showrunners should have so much more material to work with. Like this season is full of awesome moments that I've been waiting for a long time, but everything feels rushed. Jaime and Bronn being fine,Tyrion so easily getting smuggled into Kings Landing, Jon getting from Dragonstone to the Wall in 5 minutes, Jorah already getting back, etc. And the thing is, the show is still so damn good. It just feels like it could be even better if we had more time to go into this stuff.
The time going between Dragonstone and East Watch By the Bay was probably a month. They just didn't show it, because well, we have a total of like 8 episodes left in the entire series.
I agree. They could have at least made the last two seasons normal length AND STILL be fine. Maybe the actors are kinda done with the show already? It's been 6 years and I'm sure a lot of them want to take on other projects outside of GoT as well.
Well that Eastwatch squad to end the episode was legit. I frankly don't want any of them to die, but I'm sure some will.
