Kind of weird with DD being the only one with an actual costume but I dig it.

    I love it. Great trailer.

I agree, Iron Fist needs a costume...

Anyone know about the female character in the new team of four in the trailer?

It looks so damn weird and I love it. Looks like a mix of a lot of what's been good with the Marvel universe, little Guardians, little Avengers, but a lot looks new. Thor and Hulk chatting instead of Thor and Banner is really funny. And they even have matching new haircuts :D, which I assume will be explained like they do that to all who enter that battle arena.

Valkyrie! In the actual mythology the Valkyries were warrior women who cared for the injured and dying on the battle field. In the comics Valkyrie is one person and she's a badass warrior for Asgard. It's not really explained why she's not in Asgard and hasn't been seen yet in the Thor movies.

Wasn't really looking forward to this movie since the other Thor movies have been meh tbh but wow this looks good. The scale of the MCU movies are crazy. We had some crazy planet building in Guardians to your friendly neighborhood Spidey and now this craziness.

Things are looking bad for the Inhumans show. Word is this is Scott Buck's worst work... which is saying a lot.

I honestly watch everything Marvel; Agents of Shield, the Netflix stuff, all the movies...I honestly think I will skip this one.

Even the trailer looks so bad. I don't think I'll watch it either.

I was really intrigued by the format, but it looks truly terrible. Apparently they did a Q & A with the producers that was horribly awkward. The questions were all pretty direct about how awful it looks and Marvel execs kept having to swear them off and make it seem intriguing.

I've seen almost every Marvel product, I'm a huge fan, but honestly I might skip this too with you guys.

i knew it was gonna be in trouble once they announced it wasn't going to be a movie but instead a tv show... inhumans to me seems like it would only be successful if it had a huge budget to work with

Marvel's handling of the Inhumans has been strange. It played a huge role in Agents of Shield for season 2(?) years before the movie would have even started production and then they decided to make a movie on it that wasn't even related. And now that movie has turned into a show.

It was the baby of Ike Perlmutter who was a thorn in everyone's side at Marvel. He was a holdover from Disney who was placed in a leadership position at Marvel when they were bought. He was notoriously cheap and a micro manager who forced the studios to work in a small framework. Feige went over his head which lead to the branch out of Marvel Studios into their own entity separate from Marvel Entertainment. The studios handle all the films and Entertainment handles everything else including tv shows. That's why the movie was killed and the tv show was produced instead. It also explains why the tv shows and movies are so separate now.

I actually think a tv show would be awesome, but only an animated show. They have too many weird characters with too many weird abilities. Trying to make a live-action tv show limits what you can do and worsens the product. There's a lot of story to be told though. Inhumans could honestly have a Game of Thrones-esque story line.

Didn't know the politics which makes things a little bit clearer.
