I was impressed on how Buechler handles himself with his coaching listening him mic'd up... Must be doing something right losing the first two games then storming to make it tomorrow for the championship even if it is just the Summer League. Not much in the grand scheme of things except for a small positive start to build something on.

I'm enjoying the production I'm seeing so far, the future is looking promising. Still have a ways to go though.

I wanna win the whole thing! Who cares if it doesn't count for anything, we don't win jack around here and our summer leagues have been incredibly disappointing the last few years. The team set a goal to win it all, Ball said his goal was to win, and so far so good. If Ball doesn't play it might not look good, but then we did win our first SL game this year without him.

Caruso really isn't a good player, he had that 1 good gm but even against backup nba lvl players he can't do much and tries to do to much at the same time.

Frankly, I'd be shocked if Lonzo plays today. Can just see our medical staff and FO being cautious even though I know they've been pushing for this Summer League Title.

Be cool if Ingram pulled a Willis Reed moment and walked out onto the court with his jersey on during the start of the game. (the crowd rises)

If Zo doesn't play what a letdown for the level of execution out there. Look for, probably out of necessity, more ISO's and it being a lot harder to score the ball. Who's got some leadership qualities in them amongst these young guys w/o Ingram or Ball or Hart out there? Blue / Caruso? Hoping Kuzma can surprise and amaze even further beyond what he's already done and maybe have some of that as well.

As I said earlier, not surprised at all. With this said, definitely a bummer because I've watched the last 3 POR summer league games and we could definitely beat them if we had lonzo. Mavs and Nets are a better team IMO.

Our guys are really going to have to step up and with Caleb Swanigan averaging a double double Zu is going to have to step up.
