I dubbed him Ego Ears on CL for a reason. I'm with you Barnstable, I don't want him back...

He was sooo eager to prove he was a starting PG in the league, he left a good situation. It was ego. And pride. But when he came back humbled, I was especially disappointed he couldn't wait a week or two for us to attempt to sign big name players and jumped over to the Clippers.

So basically he showed very little loyalty or appreciation of being a Laker. Kind of hard for me to muster any care about signing him when you can have an equal impact with a younger player for less.

    Good luck Jordan.

That was you Mamma? LOL I always wondered where that came from. I'll take credit for Boron. Probably someone's spell checker or a typo came up in a knocking Byron post waay early on. We'd already beyond had it with him. So I asked what did Boron (the town) do to deserve that much anger? From there it was a collective LB effort.

Ok scratch the plan to get Ian Clark or Rondo or any of these guys with the remaining $..

We need to offer that $ to Jonathan Simmons ASAP. The guy can BALL. Great defender, super athletic, his shot wasn't too bad either and improved tremendously. Coming out of Pop's system...I'm all for it.

Would he sign a 1-year deal with us to shine and then get paid fat next summer? I think it's worth it for him.

I think B0ron was a gift from the universe sent through you. :D Being able to never say his name helped me get through that season. It was perfect, his name is B**** and he's a moron.

Also, seriously Warriors? Paul George? What was he going to come off the bench? You trying to end the NBA season in June for years to come? Jeebus how many stars does one team need.

Problem is you can't pay 3 or 4 guys 35 million dollars each.

I'm assuming Indiana called and asked for Klay and GS said no.

If I'm GS, that's probably the right call... George is better than Klay, but I think Klay fits better and you already have the chemistry.

Still, what a jack*** move by the Pacers. Make a dynasty greater just to f*** with us? Man f*** you Pritchard.

Yep that was me... I can't believe you remember the name Ego Ears because I didn't think it caught on... however, I must admit I didn't post a whole bunch on CL.

And no I'm not JSM. That dude is a legend. I was Big Mamma Jamma on CL too...

Wonder where and how JSM is doing now-a-days? Last I heard he was still living in ATL. Always enjoyed and respected his thought on the Lakers and his take on movies in the Movie Thread

Ian Clark is an obvious choice to me . I guess he hasn't found a team yet because he's asking for too much money/years but if he's willing to take around 4 millions on a one year deal , he's a no brainer

Was Clark there while Luke was acting head coach of GSW? He would be a great addition off the bench with the second unit.

Ian Clark would be great in my eyes. Good addition and another positive sign about the front office.
