I would take Ian Clark in a heartbeat over Rondo, Ennis and Canaan. Second after Clark would be Ennis. After that probably Canaan. Another guy I'd like for us to look at is Troy Williams.

I just do NOT want Rondo on this team. And my feeling is he woulda already been here if we were going to sign him...

Farmer want to get on that money train. I could see how anyone no longer in the league would try to come back. Major money being doled out for no name players. But, sorry Farmar.

He's only 30 years old. Did he have some bad injury or something? I thought he looked great during his last stint with us.

If he'd be willing to settle for a camp invite to try to earn his roster spot I'd definitely be open to it.

i think they'll win a lot. and i think lebron could pull a chris paul next summer and force his way there for whatever bag of crap they didn't trade for melo.

Yeah that's not possible. Only possible if LBJ signs for vet min or MLe if they have it

why isn't it possible. don't lebron's deals always have player options? he could pull a paul and opt in on the condition that you take back whatever junk morey's offering, just like paul did. since it's not s&t, i don't think there's a rule against it. morey will just buy up some more non-guaranteeds to bridge the salary gap. i'm not seeing the obvious cba rule preventing such a thing.

I could see it. If wade gets bought out watch him shoot over to Houston 3/4 of the Banana Boat will be filled. Lebron might just do something crazy and take Ariza money and his spot for a chance to make it a reality. Or maybe melo, cp3, wade and lebron all opt out next season and take whatever they can get 4 ways. Crazier things have happened.

    CP3/Gordon
    Harden/Wade
    Lebron
    Melo/Patterson
    Capela/Nene

That's a pretty good 9 man rotation. They'd be a definite contender, but they'd need their minutes staggered alot so the ball could be shared about.

I'd personally love one WCF with GSW vs that Houston team. Old vs New.

Farmar shot 44% from 3pt range and dished out 5apg four years ago when he played for us under D'Antoni. His career 3pt% is 37%. He's certainly a better shooter than Rondo, and he's comfortable in pace and space offenses. However, he is a horrible defender, and for a team trying desperately to improve on that end of the floor, he doesn't help much.

Wait, Farmar hasn't pulled a hamstring or calf muscle yet this year?

I'd rather sign Clark or Rondo. Farmer's time has come and gone.

Please no to Farmar. He's been in and out of the NBA twice now. His speed and athleticism were already average, at 30 it's not going to be better. I also would take Clark or Rondo over him.

I thought Farmar was an above average athlete... back in his first stint here.

Now? No thanks... Sorry Jordan. He didn't really do well for himself the second time around here right? Then he bailed for the Clippers and didn't do well there? I'm alright. I like him, but no thank you to Jordan.

Does anyone know if Lebron stuck around for the entire game tonight? If so, despite only being summer league Lonzo must have had made an impression on him.
