Anyways. Summer League starts in a few hours. Let's root for our youngsters and hope we pick up a couple of vets in FA that can help for the season.

Next year is when we shock the NBA and run wild on the Dubs!

Nah, Lonzo alone is worth that, 51 but Bradley could have pushed us to 60 wins

Bradley is better than just about anyone on LA. Second to Lopez.

I would have loved to trade for Bradley. Report was we were involved in discussions right to the end, but we missed out. Honestly I don't think Boston wants to be a trade partner with us, same as Indy didn't. Only this is worse because it's Magic vs Ainge. The last time we made a trade with Boston was 2004 ('99 before that, '77 before that), we aren't exactly frequent trade partners. Seems like certain teams would rather take worse deals for good players than trade with us, and that's really petty and stupid.

Ainge knew Bradley was gonna want 100m+ on the next contract, and because they got Hayward and Horford, it was either Bradley or IT.

I think they might try to slide Brown down to the SG. He is a solid defender. Play IT, Brown, Hayward at the 1, 2 and 3 with Tatum and Crowder off the bench.

I think Crowder is still better than Brown at this point but could be wrong.

actually we couldn't, we could only offer 17mill per (its the amt of years that we could do more than 1), that is the cap we have, you're thinking of next yr.

I'll take him for a one year deal. Probably about the best we'll get.

I don't care about this signing relating to us, but is the difference between 1 and 2 year deals really holding us back THAT much? Can't we get crafty and give someone a 2 year deal with the 2nd year a team option? Essentially still a 1 year deal, but sounds better? I dunno, just thinking out loud.

Knew we wouldn't be spenders this FA, but can't say I expected us not to sign someone a week in.
