Yeah I'm sure that'll bristle some people, but I'm not broken up about it. The guy doesn't look interested in basketball anymore. Maybe Memphis can smack some sense back into him.

I told my buddy it's dissapointing as a Lakers fan that they haven't signed anyone of note, but at the same time when you look at some of these players and what they're getting and you compare the big fish available next offseason I just think it's wise if you're the Lakers to save that cash.

If he's looking to get paid, then Brooklyn will get him.

    Can't blame him.

I'm surprised we couldn't get Tyreke for a 1 year deal, we had the money to easily double or triple the Grizzlies offer.

I think he has personal ties to Los Angeles too, I saw his significant other (could have been his girlfriend, wife) on Million Dollar Listing picking out and buying a house for him in Beverly Hills

I would have taken Evans over Rondo or Stuckey for sure.

yeah, it's interesting. that deal would have started around what, 14 per? i don't think he's going to get an offer that tops that total dollar value, and i'm not sure he'll get an offer that tops the average annual salary, either.

Agent probably still has his 2016 free agency glasses on. Players were signing ridiculous contracts last season but seems like most learned from that for this off season.

I think it came off the wake of last summer when almost every player got overpaid.

I've read agents are frustrated with this suddenly peckish market.
