It's better than handing out a MozDeng deal...

That's kind of it. We'll end up with someone (or two someones) but probably not anyone who will add a lot to the win totals at this point. But they are strapped with the one year deals right now, so we can't be too picky. That said, I'd love to get a shooter in the backcourt to go with Ball. If not, Clarkson will just have to do. No matter what it's good to have our cap space for next summer. If this FO can lure a top notch FA at that time then they will have accomplished what Mitch with Jim could not do. Until then it's an incomplete.

I still think that both of these contracts could work. Mozgov should be solid in Brooklyn, and Deng at the 4 might be worth at least half his contract.

Woj says teams already starting to plan on getting Giannis out of Milwaukee. Interesting stuff and also interesting that the league's attempt to murder us is finally looking like it might be on the verge of unraveling... If we can snatch two max guys, I think the league is in big trouble because if guys can make a superteam with the Lakers compared to the Suns or the Hornets or something, why wouldn't they pick the Lakers?

it's been painful being a lakers fan the past few years but at the end of the day, i can't even imagine how much it sucks being a fan of a team like the grizzlies or kings who have zero history or tradition

    Giannis is my dream Laker!

It's really up to Magic to sell and Lonzo to make team ball attractive to the big names.

That's why all the guys want to go to GS

Nothing new here , some teams are doomed by the city they play in no matter what they do , and doing geat is incredibly harder in these cities

We pay more to live in So Cal for the weather and to have better sports franchises.

I've been watching this kid for awhile.

Funny thing is, Julius was doing this exact thing in High School too. Look it up. Okay not quite the hang time, but the physical dominance.

It'll be interesting to see him transition to the collegiate level with players his own size.

I think as Laker fans we just have a much higher standard. Randolph is probably the second best player that's played for their franchise after Pau so I understand it.

In Lakers land it's basically a requirement to be a Hall of Famer to be up in the rafters one day.

Still could/should have waited until he retired or something. This is still in the moment since he just left so I kind of understand it.

WTF. Utah is helping you out by taking back Crowder and you want their best player in Hayward AND picks/players. Tell me that was a typo or this heat is getting to me and I'm reading it wrong.
