Ingram, Zubac, Kuzma and Hart for starters are going to be the best players on a team together that Lonzo has ever played with. And by far the tallest. Let's turn this around. They are going to make Lonzo much better as well. Dayam our summer team is going to look amazing out there. Everyone for their ages highly skilled.

Our record in Summer League hasn't been very good over the years. Sub .500. I think we can do some damage this year, but winning the summer league title hasn't been a goal, based on substitution patterns. More about them playing and the coaches seeing potential in 2nd round picks and camp invites.

The guy from Notre Dame last year impressed, but didn't make the team. I was pulling for him.

summer league is a little more streetball-ish, so i wonder if ball can impact a game like he did in the more structured college environment. part of great passing is familiarity with teammates and system (and their familiarity with you). that said, a group of smart players can make things look smooth pretty quickly.

Does Coby Karl then assist with summer league? He's not on the big team coaching roster is he? See him at the practices of course. Wonder too what the days with Lamar hanging around signifies?

I don't know Alec Brown, but Vander has played extremely well for the D-Fenders. This team is starting to look pretty stacked up for a Summer League squad.

    Edit- well there you go

I hope with some new management we actually go for the Summer League title. Sure its not the biggest thing to celebrate over but it lets the kids play hard for something instead of just seeing who we want to see for a half and then a bunch of G-League players the rest of the time.

Zubac has already said he wants to go for it. I'm sure the coaches aren't going to intervene unless someone gets banged up.

Plays for the D-Fenders right? We usually use those players in summer league so they can get their audition for the NBA.

I didnt even know who he really was or I mighta heard the name dropped a few times but the only reason i made that comment cause i thoroughly looked at the players DOB.

Lonzo wont be 20 until 10/27.

If were talking as far as guys having a chance to make the roster, the oldest guys in order. Nwaba: 1/14/93, 24. Josh Hart: 3/6/95, 22. Kyle Kuzma: 7/24/95,22. PJ Dozier: 10/25/96, 20. Thomas Bryant: 7/31/97, 19.

Lonzo and Ingram are locks and both 19. Heres the shocker, Ingram is younger than Lonzo! Ingram was born 9/2/97 and Lonzo's is 10/27/97.
