    I would give Korver $15M for 1 year without blinking. He's a deadeye shooter that will help spread the floor which makes it easier for the young guys to develop.

    I give it a 2% chance of happening. I believe Korver will go to a competitor.

    Then we will have not traded away our quality youth to be a middle of the pack team (read: the most screwed position to be in of them all), they will have hopefully started to develop into something really good and started to make us look more and more affective of a destination. We won't have traded youth for guys that bolted, we won't have signed any MozDengs or even any DeRozan-like frauds, and we won't be a 9th seed getting middle first rounders not allowing us to really get much better, again, middle of the pack.

    So for our FA obviously isn't going to be much but what are we looking at, signing 1 player to a pretty big 1 year deal? 2 players?

    Yup Lakers have $18-19mm in cap space

    So it's strictly 1 yr deals. Depends on the player. Maybe $9mm for 2 guys or 1 big name vet

    thats cause they expected to much from him when he got that contract. IF he's a bench guy he might last, he lasted with us the 1st time around.

    I would be happy with 2 guys at about 9 mil...only "name" I'd really go for is Wade in a trade.

    I dont know if he'll do another 1yr deal but how bout Speights, I remember getting hated on for suggesting his name instead of Yi at the time, but Yi in China and Speights served Clipps well last yr.

    I only see Kuz/Nance/Randle/Zu/Lopez as the core, I expect Nance to get hurt as well as Lopez eventually, Speights could cover well. Aren't people saying Bryant is gona be G-league bound?

    yes, sources have also said KD/Westbrook planned on joining forces in LA a few yrs back, after that it was Westbrook/Love, etc. I didn't dismiss it, I said its contrived using reasoning that actually not basketball related, nothing from James camp other then his wife likes living in LA stuff, its not even half as solid as PG leaks.
