uh, you could be rooting desperately for us to sign him next summer instead...

because as it stands today, we just got worse. which didn't seem possible.

Losing Russell and Randle in the same week would be very tough. But if they're going all in foolishly, I guess go all the way...

I would say there's zero chance they do that, but obviously what the **** do I know? :D

I would have to think they're trying to push Clarkson/27/28... I'm reading some people saying other teams would beat that though. I sort of doubt it, but we'll see.

Doesn't seem super appealing. A pick in the teens and the 28th sounds way better. 2 end of the first rounders, meaning borderline players you have to give guaranteed contracts to, not exciting if I'm Indiana. I think Randle would have to be the guy going, and just like that, the 2 players George spoke highly of on our team would be gone.

That's what slows me down, but at the same time we talked about that too. Randle in Indiana is a pretty great fit next to Turner. Turner needs to be a little more defensive minded, but his ability to knock down shots outside opens the paint for Julius.

I just don't know if the FO is willing to see on Julius after all the work he put in to lose weight for them. Besides, George made it clear he didn't want them to gut the team. Trading away one kid isn't gutting the team, but trading away two of your lottery picks is sort of getting to that point isn't it? I'm getting nervous now.

We sort of need to now, don't we? Either trade them for George or move the **** up because there's no shooters at the end of this 1st round.

Trying to go after George with JC and 27/28? It should have been agreed upon before you make that move. Ugh.

Fox's dad going after Lavar.... should make for an interesting draft. Hope their tables aren't near each other.

In the eyes of fans maybe, but were not behind the scenes like Magic and co.

They obviously knew something about Russell we don't or full extent of.

So this article was not only an article on Lonzo, but also a hit piece on Russell to soften the blow today when we traded him. There is no chance in hell that the Russell hate in that article was not carefully crafted in order to justify us giving up our on consolation prize of the Jeremy Lin Era.

I still can't believe Rob and magic can't just wait and drafted Ball without trading anyone. I kinda wish the PG rumors came during the NBA season
