Trading KG and Pierce for a handful of #1s and trading Kobe from LA is a BIG difference. Mitch would've been ran out of town before he hung up the phone after announcing the trade.

You're right about that. I have NO IDEA why they didn't trade Pau for something... anything. They traded Lamar to Dallas. But Pau non-trade was a big blunder. DHoward too. And Nash.

    Damn, I'm gonna cry.

Dwight was an epic screw up. I think many of us saw the writing on the wall with Dwight leaving.

As oppose to Mitch who got jack squat for Pau? Gave up 2 picks for a 36yr old who had back problems, in a sense Mitch got Ainged himself by Pho gm. It regardless of where these picks position, he still got 3 unprotected 1st for 3 old a** geezers whose production was already showimg significant signs of decline at time of the trade

Mitch got previously Ainged by Ainge in the Gary Payton trade, Kupchak is really a simple minded fool without the aid of the Logo.

I don't think anyone saw how much of a disaster Howard had become. I started noticing how mentally bad he was when he Kwame Brown'd the ball almost everytime I saw him get the ball in the post.

That's why he'll be creating his 3 point shots with his fine ISO skills next year, not catch and shoot. That Dwight you gotta love him.

    :Nope:

Well, this thing got pretty wild. Still, after everything, doesn't appear anything has really changed for us, Ball at 2 has been the story from the start, seems to be the likely outcome still.

Look, Lonzo got a D-Russ style Sports Science, clearly he's our pick.

Yeah excuse me for being late to the party but someone clue me in please on exactly how does Ainge know this elaborate plan with Philly etc will not be foiled by us nabbing Fultz?

I believe the idea is that Philly would take Fultz 1, we take Ball, and then the C Bags take Josh Jackson (who they apparently would take at 1 anyway) at 3. So they get their top choice and they get future firsts. Like Lowe said on SC, it's a gamble if Fultz is as good as advertised and Jackson isn't, teams don't often trade the #1 pick for a reason.
