According to ramona, she expects only bout 5-6 of the current roster to return, my suggestion should we not see a pg13 trade
Based on hou needing to free up $ to sign max fa

    Ariza/Dekker/hou top 20 18'pick
    For
    Black/2 2nd from jose trade

Hou frees up bout 10mill, can sign a hayward, cp3, Griffin type lvl fa...they dont pickup black option

We take flyer on dekker, ariza is expiring n can be a solid stop gap sf

    Then jr/moz/hou 1st to bk for 2 future 2nd

    Jc/deng/#3 pick to Sac
    For
    Meclmore/WCS/#8

Sac needs star power and a pg, ball could give them both, we avoid balls dad and his non sense, also wcs showed hes a legit C after dmc trade, sac has a plethora of C to develop with papa and skal. We use #8 on smith jr, collins or fox if we're lucky n he falls. Mclemore is also a flyer, quite athletic just never succeeded, if he sucks still just dont pick up his option.

Sign bogdonovic to 3yrs 36mill, have a ton of cap space for 18', can basically pitch Geprge on idea he can choose and help recruit his all-star side kick...not a sexy plan especially moving the #3 but we remove both deng/moz, dont have to pay Randle, i like jc but hes shown to not be a good defender or efficient player.

    Dlo/#8pick/ennis
    Ingram/mclemore/brewer/nwaba
    Ariza/dekker
    Bogdonovic/trob (1+1, team option)
WCS/Zu (great mix of old school C in Zu and new PnR monster in WCS)

Mitch really screwed us with your scenario, throwing away assets just to give away Mozdeng:Laugh:

Well theres not much other opt to rid us of him...besides moz do you really want to give Randle 15-18mill/yr?

If that includes Mozgov and Deng, then that leaves only 3 to 4 of our young core on the roster next season.

    My guess:

    D'Angelo
    Zubac
    Ingram
    Nance

I'd go Randle, Zubac, Ingram, Nance, Clarkson, and does Nwaba count?

Yes. Nwaba counts. I'm not sure how they get rid of Moz and Deng's contracts to make room for all six.

That upcoming Nwaba deal is going to be fierce.

Kp might be disgruntled ...if we get #1 anyone down for this trade?

    #1/deng/brewer/future 1st
    For
    KP/Melo

I know we all hate melo, me included but he does have a player opt after 18, maybe if we're competitive and can attract pg13 we could talk melo into opting out and taking less money per yr but we give him a 3-4yr new contract if not just bench him and force him to opt out lol
    So that said
    Dlo/ennis/hou 1st
    Ingram
    Melo
    Jr/nance
    Kp/zu/moz

We can deal with moz after 18' season

I would be definitely interested in KP, not Melo. I really don't want to be stuck with another high priced aging veteran. I don't think the Knicks would give KP up unless if it was a significant offer. He could be tied down for 5+ years easily.

I'd be tempted to throw a trade package (that we've talked about offering Indiana) at the Knicks, JC/Randle/Hou 1st for KP. It might be too much to give up for him though? We then target PG in 2018.

    That'd give us:

Dlo/our 2017 pick (if we keep it)
    PG/Nwaba
    Ingram/Deng
    KP/Nance
    Zubac/Mozgov

Some of these tor fans are quite delusional, they still think we value Derozen to the pt of giving up ingram and the top 3 pick or the pick and jc/jr lol

Pick, JC, and JR for DeRozan? If we can't land George, I wouldn't hate that.

Not at all. KP at PF. JC at SG. Ball at PG. now that's a young core. Then PG slides right in at SF.

I thought you were kidding! No way in hell do we give up DLo + JR + BI for KP. You're out of your mind.

Still got Ingram or Russell to try and nab George.

If we are giving up Russell, Randle and Ingram then we better be getting Leonard, Davis, or someone else on that level.

DeRozan is really good, and so is George. George is better though. My main concern would be whether paying 50M to those two would be a problem. One of the huge benefits of having some of these guys is that they're good, they're getting better, and they're still crazy cheap.
