“It was just a good work environment,” he continued. “It was a family atmosphere. Guys enjoyed coming in and competing every day. There was a value on doing things the right way. There was a value on the way that people held each other accountable.

"And I think that kind of provides the right platform for growth and players that want to come in and work every day, even on optional days. We had an optional day last week and every guy on our team was in there -- some longer than others -- but they were still all in there, which is what you want to see.”

Which interview was this from, ROFY?

I don't even have to search when this was said because I remember
These exact quotes are from or around Luke's Introductory Press Conference. The man is keep his word and it's working. Making the playoffs this year or not, it's working.

(not directed to RandleROFY, but to the scout)

    Duh.....tell me something I don't know

Of course there are mediocre teams that would want to swap teams with us. Those teams can't scout and aren't set up the way we are for the future.

We were so far behind, I was able to dedicate some time for some new gifs with the game playing in the background in case anything exciting happened

Inspired by DAR's bonehead play to end the half.

Because someday soon, we will love our team AND how they play.

Being at the game last night I thought Ingram looked like a guy who when his body kind of catches up with that skill and ability is gonna be really good in a few years. Liked the aggressiveness and energy I saw from Randle as well. Too bad nobody else joined them.

(IF) we could play incredibly well today and beat the Clippers a second game in a row it would go a long way to erase the stench of the Spurs blowout.

Don't get caught spacing on the game time .... it's at 12:30 today folks.

Really good win tonight. Team needed it in the worse way. Now we've got to repeat that level of focus and energy.

Excellent win last night, and good fight. Nice return to the kind of inspired play we got used to in the first 20 games of the season. We need more of this. Hopefully they can expand on this win and continue this competitiveness. I'm heartened that with 35 games to go we already have one less win than our entire last season. That's great improvement. Hopefully we can step up and get to 30 or more wins.

Nance was cleared to play too. I don't think people realize how important he is to this team because he comes off the bench. But he is our most consistent all-around player.

We have REALLY missed his contagious energy, hustle and hi IQ play out there. He's a glue guy for this team.

Kobe's 81 point game is on NBA TV right now. That's my Lakers optimism, reliving the glory days of when we were good enough to be a 1st round exit and had a roster so bad one player had to be superhuman to get us wins (and still didn't win the MVP).

Optimisim: We have played an NBA high 48 games. We have to endure the cruelty only for 34 more games.

Sadly, I thought this is a season that is at least fun to watch, even though they might be losing more games than I would like to. But since early december, they are back to the Byron era...and just sucking monkey balls every night.
