I'd trade DLo for Dragic and Josh Henderson

Fragile seems to have fallen off the map. Due to his crazy max level salary, you'd have to include much more unless you had cap space.

Not sure we want to inherit that contract for any reason.

Thabo Sefalosha is on the market apparently. Not a great defender but pretty decent.

Looks like Millsap is on the block.

Wonder if the Hawks would be interested in a Millsap + Schroeder trade since Millsap is basically an expiring deal. Millsap would be a dream at Center for Luke's system.

Maybe DLo + Deng (OR Mozgov). Why Atlanta does it, they would have 3 more years of DLo control at under $10M whereas Schroeder's deal goes up to $15M per starting next year. Deng averages $18M per and would be a wash. Atlanta wouldn't pay Millsap anyways. Deng has shown the 4 is his position and can do well in the east!

    I refuse to say shrewder

Pretty sure they want to keep him since he's playing well. I think they are trying to avoid losing their players with no returning asset.

However, I think that Paul Milsap is just too small to play center. Do not want.

It's not that, you are getting Schroeder and possibly unloading Deng or Moz.

Trading any of our guys outside of maybe Swaggy and Lou would be selling low. I'd like to see more consistent play out of them but I'm not trading them for crumbs, rentals, etc.

We have so many young players that COULD turn the corner and become our franchise player that I want to see which one of them will pop (if any of them do).

No trades for any of them unless it's a no brainer like getting Westbrook or something.

Regardless of how the Pau Gasol situation ended, I believe Pau knows and is smart enough to understand he is going to the Hall of Fame because of the Lakers. His jersey will be hanging in the rafters in 10 years at Staples. If Marc is the bridge to something great, Lakers make that trade. Unfortunately Memphis has played well without Conley and I don't see them trading Marc unless the Lakers throw Russell or Ingram in the trade.

I would like Marc, but there's no incentive for the Grizzlies to make that move and as I recall he's not a fan of LA after the way we handled his brother.

JC , Lou and Nick should be the "tradable players"

Let's look at what we can get for them/a combination of them .

I think I've decided, given our record, that we need to trade Nick Young and probably Lou Williams now while their value is sky high. I don't know what for yet, but I don't see a reason to keep Nick anymore. We all thought we should cut him this summer, now he might be worth a pick or even a prospect (Stanley Johnson comes to mind vaguely). I love that Nick has turned himself around, but are we the team that's going to pay him 30 million this summer? I don't want to be.

I'm starting to change my stance on the Russell for Wall topic.

If DRuss doesn't get his crap together over the next 10-15 games, I would revisit that discussion.
