Some of those people won't make it into Avengers, but a lot of them will. You can bet on Downey Jr, Evans, Johannson, Renner, Olsen, Hemsworth, Bettany, Rudd, Lilly, Holland, Boseman, Cheadle, Mackie, Stan, Pratt, Zaldana, Bautista, Cooper, Diesel, Larson, and Cumberbatch, Brolin, Hiddleston, and almost certainly Sam Jackson. Of course there'll probably also be cameos from a few others like the Defenders cast and perhaps a couple Agents of SHIELD, but I don't know exactly how likely it is. The movies have mostly blown off the tv shows because of a split in the upper levels of the organization. There's also a shot that other characters we haven't seen yet will be in there (some upcoming villains perhaps or a guy like Bruhl). The rumor is though that the budget for the two movies is over a billion dollars total. They'll need to combine to make over 2.5 billion to be profitable.
Was just on my way to post this. It looks amazing! I can't wait for this show. I'm probably anticipating this show more than I ever wanted DD or JJ.
I'm looking forward to this way more than JJ ,because I know Luke Cage, but I didn't really know who Jessica Jones was before the show. Plus I love the guy that's playing the villain (I forget his name though)
Yeah. He's great in House of Cards. I love the shot in the trailer where he says, "Everyone wants to be the king." and the painting is strategically behind him putting the crown on his head. It seems like the one line that I assume is a cop or lawyer says is kind of the angle they are going to use to hurt Cage. "You're bulletproof, but Harlem isn't" Seems like they're going to go the Superman route where they go after the ones he loves.
I dig it. There's also another villain named The Tinkerer in the movie. I think he's going to be used at the very start and Spidey will put him down easily. Then Shocker'll go to the Tinkerer to fix his suit who also will be working on the Vulture equipment.

I'm 5 episodes in and am hooked. I absolutely love this show. I plan to finish the series tonight. Who needs sleep?
