Honestly surprised we didn't add another player yet. Think the bench could use some help.

I see Westbrook sticking it out with OKC at least for a season and attempt to show that he can win without Durant. Tall order but it is all his now and given his hell bent mentality, he'd take the challenge head on. I wouldn't put it past Presti to sign a high profile free agent or trade for one to keep Westbrook there. The latter would probably talk about playing in Pluto if he sees no attempts in upgrading their roster.

I'd like to keep Ingram and DAR together. DAR may be getting undervalued a little due to the phone incident. He was 19, many at that age have done far worse. I'm sure he's still reeling from the experience and will ultimately have learned a hardcore lesson about being a snitch. It's no worse than Kobe telling the police he should "do what Shaq does" and pay off women.

Ingram and DAR have all the makings of potential super stars. Randel is great, love some aspects of his game but will have to overcome issues (size, shot) to really make it in this league. The fact that he's already a double-double makes his trade value good considering his age. I just don't know how far he can go but with Ingram and DAR I thing the ceiling is really high.

I don't think OKC takes the chance of getting nothing in return. Probably gone by the deadline, and most likely to Boston because of the assets.

Wade has a two year $50M+ offer from Denver. Hmm.

Thats just so odd sounding. Maybe he's using Denver for leverage with Miami.

Yep that's more than we can offer although I suppose we could offer a third year at 20 million.

That actually doesn't sound too ridiculous. I don't see where Wade fits in Denver and there's no way Miami/Riley helps Cleveland and takes Love. Riley screws people in deals, not the other way around. And of course we know LeBron and Wade have planned in secret together before and are banana boat buddies.

Let's just abbreviate that to banana buddies.

I heard this on the radio too, that Cleveland would be using Denver as a proxy just to get Wade. I didn't hear Love was involved but it would have been after Dec 15, Wade to Cleveland for Shumpert/Frye.

... I would sort of like it if the NBA brought back David Stern on a contract to veto it and tweet out "#basketballreasons"

For nothing else but to troll. I mean, it's Dan Gilbert who was leading the crybaby charge of the Lakers getting Chris Paul for "peanuts" (one can argue Pau/Odom for Paul is fair value compared to Wade for Shumpert/Frye)

“He’s gone after this year,” said one league executive about Westbrook. “A hundred percent. I think that’s the case no matter what (Durant had decided). I guess people can always change their mind, but I think this season was going to be it for him there no matter what.”
