Fair enough. I don't hate the move I just question the contract. If he's going to share minutes with Randle Nance and Ingram...that's a lot of dough for someone on the wrong side of 30, even in the new salary cap.

That amount of dough and length might have been the reason we actually got Deng.

Right and if he declines significantly this contract looks terrible in 2-3 years. That's all I'm saying. Clearly we've gotten better.

it probably is. Whatever we paid a guy, I have to assume we paid at least $2M more per year than other teams would have or added an extra year. that was the situation we were facing going into this from the start.

More reasonable than our Deng deal. As I've been saying, we overpaid. Hope this doesn't bite us in the a***.

Yep. Lesson for everyone... don't jump out the window.

Everyone be patient and wait and see.

It's actually not a glitch but a feature of the LB.

Remember when posting on CL, if you type out a long response, and you push submit and it doesn't, or you accidentally hit the back button, well now you just lost that whole message you typed out and have to start again.

On LB, if you type out something, the website saves a draft every 30 seconds or so, so you will never lose all you typed out.

If you want to erase what you typed out, just delete the post and then hit the little floppy disk icon and press "delete Draft", or just wait like 30 seconds for it to save the fact that you deleted your post.

I think we're going to end up regretting choosing Mozgov over Biyombo ...

    Russell/Huertas/ (FA)
    Clarkson/Williams/(Young)
    Deng/Ingram/Brown
    Randle/Nance/ (FA)
    Mosgov/Black/Zubac

    Pretty balanced Roster...
Bass still fits nicely.. Maybe a veteran Guard like Chalmers..?

I don't anticipate Young being here, if we keep him we're stupid. The Afflalo and Biyombo signings sting though, would have loved Afflalo at that price. Both of them probably weren't interested in us, but whatever, we still need another guard, and to lock up Black, Bass if possible, maybe Huertas.

I'm positive that we could've gotten him if we made the same offer. I'm guessing we didn't even make an offer. We undervalued him because of his size and overvalued Mozgov because of Shaw's familiarity with him.

I was all on the Chalmers train and then I had to remind myself today that he tore his achilles last March, so I left that train like Marty McFly in Back to the Future 3.
