    well if you think you can get a center at Mozgov's level for $10 million a year that ain't happening in this day & age. Along with Mozgov's contract and the huge one Noah is getting from the Knicks (far worse than what we offered Timothy & Noah more injury prone) we just set the market.

    We need talent. I just don't see why you pass on a very solid center like Biyumbo if we have the chance. It's why people are talking about Parsons and Batum even though we just drafted Ingram.

    I understand the market being what it is, but that doesn't mean we have to be the ones who spend that type of cash.

    Mozgov isn't a scrub. I don't love the deal, but the more I read I don't hate anymore. Scrubs don't play like he did last season and then in the postseason and Finals. He was injured last year and that can derail any player's season.

    I'd be down with that, rolling with Black and Zubac. Problem is we have yet to see Zubac even play and as decent as Black may be he can't be our only Center with experience. Mozgov for his talent and what he bring as far as no off the court baggage isn't a bad hall. You might ask well why not get Bismack instead.... Bismack is now going to get more than Mozgov, I'm pretty certain of that.

    I would have liked Biyombo, but you cannot give him what it'll require to steal him from Toronto after you just gave Mosgov 16mil a season. We'd look like absolute fools.

    16 million a year is the same as 11 million a year last year. It's really not that big of a deal. We just slightly overpaid.

    I haven't heard anything about a meeting with Chandler and us in the coming days. I think we are targeting Batum then Turner, IMO.

    Think of him as Bogut: 25 minutes a game to set the tone inside. It's not a great signing, but it's a decent one. I promise it's not as bad as the optics say it is and obviously twitter is going nuts. In a couple days when everyone has had a second I think this deal looks decent.

    Just wait until Bazemore gets 20 million and Eric Gordon too.

    I'd be okay with that. Batum is faaaar from likely to come here, but I bet we could get Turner. Another unexciting, but decent choice.

    And those Cap projections are low too.. I've heard as high as $114Mil for 2017-18.
