10-11 million for a borderline starter in the old CBA is not overpaying. You cannot possible argue to me that's true. You know who made more than that last year?

DeMarre Carroll, Eric Gordon, Wesley Matthews, Goran Dragic, Danilo Gallinari, Al Jefferson, Khris Middleton, etc etc etc etc

    Aha...

Now think that there is an additional projected jump. Would you want to pay now or in 2 years?

All are better players than Mozgov. Thanks for proving my point. You cannot possibly be defending this signing. This is one of the worst signings in recent memory.

There's always a market for an expiring contract. It's really not that big of a deal. That's equivalent to a 13 million dollar deal last season. He'd be basically Al Jefferson or so. Overpaid, but not insanely overpaid.

If they're gonna offer so much for Mozgov why not offer that to Biyombo who is younger and a better player. So stupid

Because we have one of the most incompatent front offices in the league. There's no debating that.

Arguable, but I can keep going:

Robin Lopez, Tyson Chandler, Nene Hilario, Ty Lawson, Rudy Gay, Ricky Rubio, Andrew Bogut, Javale McGee, Tyreke Evans, and Omer Asik.

    Your point is wrong.

Forgot about that. Salaries gonna rise again after this season lol I hope the work ethic throughout the league doesn't suffer because of the high salaries for practically every player

Absolutely. I'd take any of those guys over Mozgov. He's a backup center. You don't give a backup center that much money. It makes no f***ing sense.

Now this is a valid argument. I don't have an answer. Will be interesting to hear Mitch's thoughts after FA when he talks to the media. This is to say this deal become official.

Seriously, who is making these calls? Is it really Mitch? This is so stupid. Their has to be a team option somewhere in that deal. 3rd year hopefully.

Even then there's only probably two or three players than Mozgov is maybe as good as. This dude could prevent us from getting a star down the road in three years when our young core is good. We're just gonna have to agree to disagree. This deal makes no sense to me.

we're forced to overpay no matter who it is this year. so the cap jumps and we have to overpay. we can already platoon C if we want so we can focus on wing players now.
