Oh that's simply not true. I've been to plenty of games the last couple years because tickets are far cheaper than they were years ago. I went to their last playoff game with Dwight and sat in a suite for 80 bucks. I've said almost Courtside for about 150. Not cheap, but cheaper than the usual 300 to 400 bucks a ticket.

BMJ...I am realistic about the top names not inking with us but I do expect us to add some reliable pieces to complement our young core. Vets who will do the dirty work...provide locker room stability...who will be more than just practice fodder and will represent the Laker organization the proper way. I really like who we have personnel wise and the staff being assembled.

We are still at least a couple of years from truly serving serious notice but I don't want anything to derail what we are building right now.

Maybe we are overrating our young talent?

Well yeah I know but guess what? Nobody is burning down bridges to come PLAY here. We may have no choice but to look at Dwight.

I got tickets for $10 at Staples to a game the year after Shaq left. Maybe they won't drop prices, but they'll be cheap as hell in the secondary markets.

Dwight has a lot more interest than we do.

Not reaching the threshold is really not that big of a deal.

    He's the last resort option.

I'd rather overpay Biyombo/Ezeli or take on Enes Kanter before even thinking about Dwight.

Dude again...me too. But we can't even get meetings with Whiteside and we're getting PHONE INTERVIEWS with other players....I would love for Biyombo or Ezeli or Kanter but I don't even know if any of those 3 are possible. Biyombo may re-sign with the Raptors after they secure DDR.....the Warriors covet Ezeli and may re-sign him and dump Bogut....and Kanter? He's a dump candidate but don't rule out a sign and trade with Atlanta for Horford....they'll need a center and Kanter fits the bill for them....so it's not guaranteed that they dump him to us. Like I said...my expectations are superrrrr low.

Exactly. And it would preserve a ton of cash for next season. Let's keep the cycle rolling.

No I don't think we're. We have the second best player from 2015 and Ingram was clearly the second best prospect in this draft and some could even argue number one. That alone should at least make us somewhat attractive to B or C level guys.

So what really? Dwight is a clown and he's at best an average center not to mention an absolute cancer in the locker room. We don't need that around the kids.
