    Well my one hope and pretty much my only one is last season I don't think anyone knew about Brandon or Lou and we signed them. Two quality players. Hopefully we can have something like that again. I'd take it at that point.

    I like the positive vibes...takes loads to have one given all these reports of who is doing what. I just want a solid vet to help shepherd our young men...be Walton and the coaching staff's support group.

    Well, I believe you, Juronimo and I are the old dogs here. I've seen a lot in following the Lakers since the early 80s. I can't remember much but I'm always surprised that the Lakers pull off moves where no one saw it coming.

    The Lakers might strike out this offseason. That is a good possibility. You win some you lose some. I've always appreciated that the Lakers don't just make a move to make a move. I think that is what distinguishes the Lakers from every other franchise and why the Lakers are one of the top (if not the top) franchises in all sports.

    it hasn't been cheap even when they sucked, even the year Kobe was out. I understand last years prices but they raised prices when we were bad, I dont see them lowering it at all. Everybody raises prices, its the aftermarket personal sellers who might sell tkts cheaper cause they dont want to go see bad products but those are few and far between though.

    The issue this season is they have to spend money, by CBA rules. They are going to have to overpay 3rd and 4th tier guys who will do nothing for the team. That is the most frustrating part of this. They have to spend at least 40 million to get to the threshold.

    I'm starting to think that Dwight could end up here.....

    Every team is denying Dwight, and every player is denying us meetings....

    I hate to say it....but somebody has to take our money....a 1 year 30M deal for Howard to prove himself? Have we really fallen this far? UGH!!!
