    I don't like seeing Dallas in all the same FAs as us, but to be fair there's not a huge booming FA market.

    Man I hope we can pull someone. I feel like we will, but I'm trying to keep myself from hoping too much.

    ^David Stern says hello... Cuban can be persuasive but he hasn't pulled any big names of note. Dallas has fielded competitive teams but none that has torn it up since their championship run.

    I'm not trying to say Cuban and the Mavs are some elite organization that free agents are dying to go to. But it's overly optimistic and wrong to completely dismiss them as competitive threats to our free agency this year. They're going after seemingly everyone we want. We might end up snagging one of the big targets from them, but on paper, we do not have many advantages over them.

    I've heard he loves Boston and that he and Ainge are close. He might be one of those guys though that you can snatch up early in FA if you like him.

    I dont understand this. What is there to really plan for a KD meeting that takes 8 months in preparation.

    We aren't going to meet with him, so be it. We're moving on.
