This makes me incredibly happy to hear!! Oh man, I want Ingram on our team. I think he's a perfect fit.
Cool . Glad to se they have vetted Dunn, though. I liked him a great deal . That said, welcome to the Lakers, Ingram.
Markus Kennedy would be someone probably undrafted or used with the early second round pick. The point is to gain information and knowledge on every person in the draft so the team can make educated decisions on who they want to pick in the draft and which players they may want for their Summer League roster.
I've got to admit, I wasn't high on him before but I like Dunn a lot after seeing a couple workouts. He's got some special athleticism. His ceiling might be Gary Payton although is floor is pretty low too and he's got a long way to go.
For what it's worth Pincus said this yesterday: He seemed a little peeved that ESPN/Ramona/Ford ran with some big scoop that he said yesterday.
They should NOT move any of the kids while they are cost controlled for now, including Clarkson being worth what they will give him, and before Luke has a chance to begin working with all of their combined TALENT. Especially when Mitch is ready to with $70M
Great news! The NBA should come out tomorrow night and just announce the first two picks right away so we can officially welcome Ingram. Now all we need to do is add some solid free agents, and this offseason becomes a massive success.
How so? It's all good! But Tony doesn't jump into my head first with the relentless and "physical" way Jordan is already attacking the rim and about to take a quantum leap.
I don't see Clarkson as a physical or relentless player. He's a great athletic, but he's more finesse than physical. He has that same floater/tear dropper that Parker has. Neither is very good defenders and excellent in screen and roll.
