He's one of those guys it's hard to misuse. Unless Byron played him as a stretch four, he'd do his job.

Oh he'll use him as a stretch four....Boron likes to think outside of the box. He watched Moneyball.

Good thing we didn't get Biyombo like some people wanted last offseason. He could've cost us Simmons or Ingram!

I don't know what you guys are talking about, but DeMar DeRozan is a beast he was efficient and clutch as hell today against the cavs, the man had 32 points with LeBron guarding him

I think I've seen enough to permanently be on the max DeRozan/Biyombo bandwagon.

Same as Whiteside. Starts at 21.5 million or so.

I see a way for the Lakers to do it though.

You guys are underestimating Byron. Biyombo would have racked up DNP's for his inability to man up.

I want DeRozan, legit All-Star, a type of talent we need to get back to the playoffs. I don't know if he's going to leave if the Raptors are 2 games from the Finals though. Would most player leave that situation for a rebuild? They're one LeBron injury away from have a wide open road to the Finals, plus LeBron is not getting any younger either. I'd take Biyombo now too, but my priority would be DeRozan, there are more bigs available this offseason than there are All-Star talents.

I agree 100% with you Weezy , however I'm afraid DeRozan will not leave the situation he has with the raptors. Unless his dream is to play for the lakers and help in the rise of our franchise. I think what's more important is how we pitch and make promises to fa players

Yea I've been completely sold on Derozan for awhile now, so tonight was just more reinforcement for that decision. Honestly who on our team right now would put up 32/5/4 and 32/3/3 > 50% shooting back to back games in conference finals games while getting two victories?

The answer is no one. We need him. He takes our team up a couple notches.
