Best thing that came out of the episode. I do hope he speaks at some point. And yes, this was a bigger surprise to me than Snow. I figured he would come back.
Anyone think the gift that Ramsay will receive in the latest trailer for episode 3 is Rickon Stark? I went back to season 3 when Bran told the wilding girl to take her younger brother to the Last Hearth, which is the seat of the Umbers, who are now loyal to the Boltons.
It depends who was the guy talking about the "gift thing". If he was a Karstark, Rickon is in trouble. If he was an Umber, hell no, little fella is safe. I hope it's a "house of black and white style" gift

Ramsay Bolton needs to die soon. At this point, I would only be satisfied with the following death scenarios: - Ghost rips his throat out - Sansa cuts his throat - Jon Snow executes him, but cutting his head off, or hang him like he did with Ollie
I didn't think they could make a more despicable character than Jeofrey, but they did it with Ramsay Bolton. And the crazy thing is the guy that plays Ramsay was one of the stars from another show called Misfits, where he was a hero, and really nice guy. I watched that show for like 4 or 5 seasons, so I still see him as Simmon and it messes with me every time he does something f**** on GoT.
The thing is, he has to be getting his comeuppance soon though. With the rest of northern houses, the Vale (via Littlefinger), and the wildlings, that has to be enough to take out the Boltons, Umbers, Karstarks, and Manderlys.
Yay things are finally happen. This season has moved faster than usual and this episode you really begin to feel the scale of things. Every other house is gearing up and hopefully we get the payoff this season as well.
I love this new faster pacing. Yesterday's episode was fantastic! Things are happening, storylines are converging, it's all starting to build.
