    I have a hunch Brolo would not have been willing, same as Randle, to come off the bench. And they wanted McGee who also wanted to be a starter.

    Look at it this way. It was either him or Moe. They essentially fill the same role on the team. Only Moe is better at just about everything.

    Really sucks having to waive Wear, some team will pick him up. But Williams is a bigger need and Caruso is the Ball/Rondo insurance.

    I'm most impressed by Williams ability to stay with guards on the perimeter.

    Now the FTs are a big problem. He's not great at all.

    How do the more astute of you rate his play on defense and offense down low compared to Thomas Bryant last year? Who of course could also shoot decently. But had odd hip motion. Size & strength?

    See also what I did there. Who thinks they are among the more astute here? :cool:

    All kidding aside, both played pretty well in preseason. Happy for one, and sad for the other.

    But we have the bigger need at center, and it’s not even close.
