I think I’m calling Diop if he’s there.

He’d be a fitting tweener next to Kuz off the bench and can provide that defensive punch, while being able to space the floor.

He’s got good length to defend multiple positions.

Really great work here. I don't agree with his rankings nor all his player comps, but I just wanted to share someone who put some diligent work in.

Knock on wood, but this is the type of thing I'm going to try to create for this site starting this upcoming season.

    I like https://nbadraft.theringer.com/

It has a very detailed breakdown if you select "Deep Dive".

:D Yes, slow day, and I genuinely want an “ic”. I had forgotten Radman, but he sucked here anyway. We’ve had 2 “ac”, but one was a flopping choker and the other was a major disappointment in year 2. We need to find an “ic”, every season they tear us apart and rain down threes on us, I want one of our own.

The Ringer does a really good job, but this was just a guy I saw on Twitter who put a ton of work in and I wanted to spread someone who worked hard on their craft here without getting paid to do so. I like to support quality effort in our little field here the way we support Pete Zayas.

    Per Sporting News:

It's only a good thing for us if cLips can't really get a top 5 pick...cause Im sure they will then try to flip it for Kawhi. And if they do land a top 5 pick, then I hope they do so by exhausting their resources/assets.

Really great listen and they cover a lot of names in play at 25 and 47 for us. Cole also looks back on how he's thought Lonzo, Kuz, Hart, and Ingram have been sense he evaluated them coming into the draft.

Mo Bamba and Porzingus would be something else with that length and with Bamba improving as a shooter... that would be cool to follow in the years to come and something I'm glad is in the East

you're assuming the knicks are sellers. i don't think kp's on the market, despite the injury. he shouldn't be, imo. folks can come back from a torn acl, and he's the kind of guy who will rehab properly. bird in the hand. trading up in the draft for a guy like bamba is a good move for a team that's been mired in the sadness that is ny knickville, imo. they need to embrace the teardown/youth movement and try to keep kp as a centerpiece in it.

lol TS% Eliot. Gold. Excellent handle.

yeah, but he is a risk. he'd be high on my board just to to crazy upside, though. but he's got bust potential. like porzingis. he starts becoming safe at around 3, i suppose, but really safe at 5/6.

it wouldn't shock me if carter, bagley, and jackson were all better players, long-term, but bamba's ceiling is obviously higher than any of them.
