    Actually, we should be praying that AD actually stays in New Orleans and isn't traded to Boston or Clippers or some other team...

    We're likely to strike out in the summer anyway...so might as well roll that cap space on over...welcome to LA, AD!

    Meanwhile that Boston treasure trove looks at best a 2021 unprotected 1st (via Memphis), 2019 2nd overall pick (via Sac @ a 1.5% chance), 2019 18th overall pick (via cLips in winning a coin flip) and 2019 21st overall pick (via their own pick in winning a coin flip).

    At worst it becomes a 2019 11th overall pick (via Memphis in losing the coin flip and having LA & Minny leap frog into the top 3), a 2019 14th overall pick (via Sac in losing the coin flip), 2019 20th overall pick (via cLips in losing coin flip) and 2019 22nd overall pick (via their own pick in losing a coin flip).

    Memphis, Nawlins, Dallas will conduct a coin flip to determine picks 7-9

    Sac, Miami, Charlotte will conduct a coin flip to determine picks 12-14

    cLips, Indy, San Antonio will conduct a coin flip to determine picks 18-20

    Boston and OKC will conduct a coin flip to determine picks 21-22

    The coin flip to determine draft seeding for similar record tiebreakers will be conducted tomorrow.

    Draft tiebreakers are broken via coin flip.

    NBA playoff tiebreakers are broken via head-to-head matchups (in a 2way tie), otherwise it's based off division, then conference records.

    In terms of probability of winning a top 4 pick in the draft, all tied teams split their ping pong balls evenly among themselves and anything remaining goes in favor of the winning team(s) of the coin flip.

    Boston has lost all 3 bottom 1st round coin flips so far: they get 14, 20 & 22 instead of 12, 18 & 21.



    As of now Memphis picks 8 and keeps the pick. If LA or any other team (other than Memphis) jumps into the top 4, the Memphis pick drops out of the top 8 protection and will convey to Boston this summer (which is what they do not want to happen).



    Also NO has the 7th overall pick and if we stay at 11 and trade it to them, Nawlins can essentially move up a little more to get a higher pick.
