Right now it's cbags-6ers in the first round. If the gods are kind, that's how it'll be in April and then the cbags are in danger of getting bounced out the 1st round, with Ky shortly following suit.

Then it'll officially be Tatum's team and watch him lead the cbags nowhere in a suddenly respectable eastern conference.

Yep, i rather watch east PO's than this s*** show we have here.m, GSW will make it anyways so why bother.
I watch Giannis (Luka too, even though i hate Dallas) every chance i have. I'll do the same for Zion.

how fat is that guy though? im wondering how long he's prime gonna be if he gets fat like charles barkley. I didn't get to watch his prime, but I'm always watchin nba tv classics and dude was beastin'

but getting fat and declining athletisizm is a bad combo ask shaq

if he's this athletic being that big, I'm sure he'll be fine one he slims down a bit with NBA lvl trainers, sorta like Bynum. I see Zion as a mass up of Larry Johnson, Randle and some Smith in him, he's on par with Smith athletically and I do think his shooting will translate with more work and at his peak he'll look exactly like a mess of those 3.

    which Smith?

I agree he's impressive, but I wonder how much his inside game translates in the nba against taller players

Josh Smith, it'll be fine just like Randle. Randle paint gm looks hella awkward but it goes in plus Randle had that rep of having T-rex arms but still posting 20/10 this season

Josh Smith is actually a good comparison for Randle, except Smith had a good jumper. However, both never really impacted the game despite their talent or how their stats showed. Yes, both are 20/10 guys, but they just don't affect the game in a way their stats show.

Same with someone like Westbrook, his triple doubles are meaningless, empty stats, it doesn't translate to wins as much as the impact that Paul George has had on the Thunder.

Yeah, usually high school "phenoms" don't translate well to the college game. But his insane athleticism is just hard to miss out there. He impacts the game in more ways than just his dunks. He's not your typical Duke system player.

Zion's really hard to project, imo. Is he Larry Johnson? Barkley? Griffin? Or something better than all that, as the hype would suggest? Not many superstars in the NBA can't shoot, though Giannis is a tremendous counter example.

Ben Simmons, although his vision and ability to create off the dribble masks his 2 three point attempts this season.

Hell, even Lebron was a really bad jump shooter until maybe like 6-7 years in.

Zion doesn't have the vision those guys have/had, imo. Maybe I need to watch more film, but his "point guard" skills are more like randle (drive and dish) than Simmons or lebron. But Giannis is like that, too.

I've been saving up and denying myself watching any of Zion's Duke highlight clips .....yet. He's probably not all that special.

Kid will be a BEAST, you'll see. 22/9/2/2/2, great D, strong as hell. A mix of Barkley, Griffin and Grandma Johnson.

yeah, i'd say those look like the brackets. the other concern is whether someone with that combo of size and athleticism can avoid injury, long-term.
