His biggest strength is his mind. He can coach. He will be an asset to the team in that regard from the sidelines. The team won't miss a beat. We have adequate replacements who can be a grand positive in terms of impact more than Rondo.

Damn this sucks. I wanted to see if playoff Rondo was actually a thing.

It's crazy how many serious hand injuries Rondo gets.

It is strange. He's got some fragile hands, I guess?

For those thinking that Rondo comes in and does well when Lebron sits or that would be the case, either you don't watch laker games consistently or you are a fool for wishing he will turn back the clock

He played well in the Pelicans run and that is it. He was playing well with chicago for 2 games until he got hurt. He was awful with the mavs.

Then you have to turn back the clock 8 years, don't be dumb and wishful, believe what is in front of you for the past 2 seasons

    RONDO IS COOKED

Thank god we signed Dion and JR

Caruso now also gets his time to really shine

Even Cook>Rondo, at least he can shoot it

This is honestly a blessing in disguise, sorry to say it, but its the only way he wouldn't play

I don’t like rondo, but he is 6 fouls and one of our few guards that can handle the ball. This means LeBron will need to play as much point guard as possible, which I’d have been more concerned about if he didn’t just have 4 months off, but he should be fine. It does mean Caruso will get the minutes he deserves now though, no more politics crap, so that is one bright side.

Darn will really miss beating teams by single digits due to Rondo squandering double digit leads.

Yeah. I wonder if Cook and Waiters are going to be able to match Rondo's stellar 3pt shooting.

it really is too bad that boxing training didn’t stengthen his hands....

I’m hoping he’s able to come back strong for a long playoff run. I’ve never been as down on Rondo as some people.... I’ve just always had a soft spot for him because prime Rondo was actually a lot of fun to watch and was a good floor general. Loved that behind the back pass fake into a layup he would do....

I'd be less concerned about this injury if we had Avery...

When Waiters is the second best ball-handler on your team, that's cause for concern.

I hear the argument that Bron will handle the ball for 38-40 mins in the PO's; are we sure that will work given his age? I'm not sure.

However, I did see some wrinkles in the offense that led me to believe their trying to adjust without Avery nor Rondo in the rotation...we'll just have to wait and see...
