If they go for Doc, I think I'll take a time off following the Lakers so closely.

I feel like Doc would be a good coach if our squad was healthy.

If we were healthy, I feel like we might be undefeated with Doc

    Doc is so overrated.

There's probably a consensus on Russ and Doc for the most part on the forum.

    Have to stay away.

Morey, I need you to come out and give Doc your endorsement.

    D’Antoni to Charlotte?
I hope so. Keeps us as the only gig in town (currently) and there's no one to blame for hiring the wrong guy (Doc) but ourselves. They can't run with the narrative of, well we wanted Ham, but Charlotte swooped in and hired him first.

    Update: they've also interviewed Frank

Other benefit of D’antoni possibly going to Charlotte is that it feels like he’d be on Morey’s radar as one of the primary options to replace Doc. So if D’antoni’s already off the board, maybe Philly decides to just stick with Doc. Hopefully…

I really hate how ESPN and others are trying to make Doc to the Lakers a thing.

D'Antony in the Hornets is benefitial to the narrative Russ to Charlotte. It would definitely save us from this mess

Crap… you just made me consider the possibility that Morey is bluffing because he knows we have heavy interest in Doc, and wants us to trade some draft compensation for him… and we may just be incompetent enough to do it.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was doing that or if we'd actually give up something to get this clown. If we gave up a 1st for Doc, I think I'm closing the book on my Lakers fandom until our entire front office departs. If anything, they should be giving us multiple picks to take him.
