Well, LeBron got what he wanted and we've overhauled the roster.

Time to lead us back to the promised land.

Scheduled loss since we're down half the roster.

yeah, and half the guys playing are about to have their spots taken. that can go one of two ways.

i hope we don't run AD heavy.

They should rest AD too. Giannis will massacre him as revenge for their previous game dominating performance

If he's as energetic as he was against OKC... it's not going to be pretty.

Ankle soreness really LeBron? I love the guy, but we’re fighting for a playoff spot LeBron sitting out means it’s likely a double digit loss against a legit title contender like the Bucks. Maybe I’m just biased growing up watching Kobe, but we all know how many times Kobe put his body through hell and played games he probably should’ve sat.

well, he changed his name to freedom, so...either "yes, too much so", or "no, not at all"?

i just don't get why we'd throw the guy with the more serious ongoing injury concern out there. of course, AD playing in this game while lebron rests won't change any perceptions about toughness or whatever. not that it should. but it's a data point. that will be ignored.

Kobe was a warrior who had the best pain tolerance of anyone in the history of the game but he never made it in the league to 38. It might be necessary for Lebron to manage his body to have more longevity. He is in pretty uncharted territory when you factor in age and total mileage.

to be clear, i'm fine with lebron sitting this one out. all things considered, it's a high probability of a loss, why bother? but AD will be out there, and people should consider that, too.

Could have put Huff on a 10 day, looking ahead, to be cannon fodder and see how big his balls are.

Maybe he wants the reps. He's not going to get back that MVP form without working himself back into it. Maybe he wants an image of him circulating in the news cycle other than him on the bench while Bron makes history.

I think AD should also be managed with his foot or just body in general as well. He gets a lot of flack for his injuries so he might want to play through to prove toughness. The coaching staff needs to make sure they don't over use him.

Why not? If LeBron and AD out there you have a chance to beat any team on a given night I don’t like the whole idea of just conceding the game because they’re short handed.

He should not be sitting this game out...

We really can't have anymore rest games for LeBron OR AD. There's only 27 games left man...

Temper your expectations. We’ll try again next year if we fall short this season.
