I thought Magic left because Rob Lowe stabbed him in the back? Where is this b******* that Lebron made him leave? Or is the media just throwing that in their because they are hacks and don't care about truth?

Lebron left Miami because D-Wade was done and he wanted to go back home and win a title there.

Lebron left Cleveland the last time because Comic Sans is their owner and we already know he is a massive douche.

And Griffin saying Lebron doesn't get blame for when they lose but all the credit? What planet has he been living on? Lebron has been blamed for everything that's gone bad in America since 2011. Even when he has won, it's been about Ray Allen making a shot and Draymond Green being suspended for Game 5 of the 2016 Finals, even though Green played in Game 6 and Game 7.

More media trash by talentless hacks because there is zero news in the NBA at the moment.

When Lebron wins the title next year, they will all kiss his a** again and talk to him like they were always with him. Media = Call girls. Nothing more.

A cocaine dealer might be a pretty insightful and intelligent person if you sat down with them and talked about non-cocaine related subjects but it's deeds that matter, whether it's for your job or not.

Oh no did I just compare Whitlock to a cocaine dealer?

And I would point out to you that this is way it is, WITH EVERYTHING. Politics, sports and all other entertainment. Even technological news. Nothing is presented to us with an open mind by the media, it is all for the agenda of the rich bastards who own and/or control the media. I have stopped all subscriptions to newspapers and major websites. I don't rely on information from any of the major outlets for anything. I use forums and smaller websites with more personal integrity to sort through all the BS. Whether you all know it or not, this BS has been going on for decades now, but is only beginning to be understood by the mainstream. It's never too late. Mainstream media is not your friend.

It can’t come sooner because some of these threads are desperate for sane discussion.

Am starting to be impressed with LBJ's audio visual media sense. Am sure he has talented people around him as well but he's the guy like Kobe is the guy signing off on what gets released.

There’s no Rich Paul thread, but I guess he’s connected to LeBron, so... This is honestly pretty pathetic on the part of the NCAA, but I’m not surprised

NCAA is in a catch 22, but refusing to change with the times

They continue to cheat and pay athletes under the table, but they refuse to officially open those floodgates because athletics is a cash cow for them. If they open it to any sport, it will have to be open for all.

Not all sports make money. Lots of them LOSE money. Those in higher grossing revenue sports like football will want to be paid more than badminton players. Men's sports usually gross more than women's sports. Amateurism is out the window.

Opening the gates is probably inevitable, but nobody is running toward that gate with open arms when they are already behind in adapting to a current changing education market leaving legacy university methods behind. (For good or bad)

But this requirement of needing a degree, should be combined like several other industries, with an (Or) "x" year of experience clause that accounts for industry experience. At a minimum. This is a poor look, and may likely not stand up in court if legally challenged.
