admittedly, i was one of those that bashed the extension and kuzma’s overall game.

in the last month or two, he has clearly proven me wrong. his rebounding is great, super active and purposeful. His passing has improved. Seems like he let the game come to him/slowed his game down to understand everything better. Not as much out of control type stuff as before. defense has been superb. add all this with his 3 point shooting. love it.

Has become an X-Factor for us. Few teams can boast of bringing a 6’10 Swiss Army knife off their bench, but we can.

OK yeah dammit he looks like at least an inch taller than LeBron and out there. A couple sites I happened to check him on recently had him at 6’8” and I commented he plays like 6’10” around the rim. Just did another search and landed on a site that does say 6’10”.

    But you’re 100% correct!!

Lakers drafted and g leagued 3 studs. Kuz, THT and Caruso. You can't say the Lakers aren't the most balanced organization in sports. They get free agents. They made trades. AND they draft and develop. This team is young exexpt for Lebron and Gasol. If they win back to back titles, the Lakers likely put themselves in the 1 spot in North American sports teams. I know the Yankees have 27 titles but they won a lot of those with a segregated league and the NBA started 4 decades after MLB.

Oh, those they traded whom they drafted? 3 all stars in Ingram, Russell and Randle. Ya, id say the Lakers are pretty damn good running basketball operations even when they were sucking.

And Clarkson turned into a rock solid NBA player as well.

The deal Rob gave him is looking juicier every game. Home run signing. His passing has been unbelievable lately. That pass he made to LeBron for the dunk would've been Kuz selfishly taking it himself just a few months ago. His awareness has skyrocketed out there.

Bonga started for the Wiz to a point, maybe recent point or all the way until he got injured. Washington granted but they were starting him.

Here you go Kyle. You wanted it .... you got it. Best all around player on the team and you’re now our go to number one option to score the ball. Dust off and perfect on your own time all your moves and use them all as needed.

Unless for periods he’s cold then whoever else on the team is HOT shooting wise .... keep giving them or multiples of them the ball and let’s ride the hot hands, move the ball and play some great basketball. Any night could be DS or Trez or THT or KCP or Kieff or the Eagle or Kuz or combos of them. Find the hot hands. No pecking order now. This actually could be fun at times. Move!!! With Gasol in the mix hitting guys too with great passes and giving us a Big Man again down low or bombing hopefully close to 40% from outside opening everything up. We certainly have guys that can drive the ball to the hole.

    March 11 games, 33 minutes, 16.5 points, 8 rebs, 3.4 assists, 43% FG, 37% 3point.

^He has the same numbers as a starter in 16 games

Lakers got a bargain. his 3 point shooting is inconsistent but every other area of his game seems to be consistent. We just have to give him more minutes at SF/PF/SG because his defense/rebounding has been there

He's turning into a decent playmaker. The rebounding seems to be the norm for him now. Let's hope Kuzma can get his shooting a bit more consistent in the playoffs. He will be a huge contributor vs the Nets having to guard KD.

he's still playing well in pretty much all facets. thought he was the only thing that kept it interesting for most of the first half.

Kuzma is just rock solid. I never would have thought he'd become this consistent and productive. He's the last player I would trade besides our 2 stars.

Is he in the same tier yet as a player as Tatum? Don’t watch the C Bags. But damn, a really good rebounder and defensive player now, and every shot in the book mechanically smooth with great footwork. Streaky on 3 point shooting.
