    I like Baze, was interested in bringing him in last year. Little surprised with this one. Didn't see it coming.

    Shot really well last year. 45% FG and 41% from 3. Best 3 ball numbers for his career and the best FG % since last time he was a Laker.

    I like Baze, always thought he could contribute on a good team but he never really had a good fit with one. Maybe not high IQ but he plays hard, we said this about KCP once upon a time

    Glad to have him back. Good attitude and outlook with his spot with the team. Dig hearing him say defense is his priority.

    I keep forgetting we have guys that played together before until I hear them bring it up on their interviews. Baze with Melo. Ariza with Dwight (2x). These previous connections will help expedite some of the chemistry building a hair.
