    1. I was surprised there was no undermining effort
    2. I didn’t think he would be here in the year two
    3. I didn’t think he could be this quiet if he wanted to
    4. What is going on?

LOL. Well your phrasing makes it sound like Kidd is gone after one season?

"how many of us thought jkidd would be gone after 1 season?"

Thought I might have missed something in my sorrow and "thirsting" over Tania being gone. :giggle:  She was damn good .... she was.

vogel's somehow an underrated coach. and btw, being "a good guy" carries weight in a lot of situations, imo.

Front office gave him too many good players: poor guy has to figure out how to get minutes for literally 11 players who could easily getting 30+ mpg for most teams.
It's easy if they are great players like AD and Lebron but the rest are again quality players for playoff teams but have flaws.

Trying to figure out the best lineups with all these guys is tough. I really don't like the starting lineup of Gasol,AD, Kuzma, Lebron, and Schroeder but on the other hand he found something with the AD/Lebron/Matthews/THT/Caruso lineup.

Not sure where to put this one, but seems the plan is to have us where we need to be by end of Feb

Well the Spurs were hot as hell for one thing most of the game from deep. Not a whole lot you can do when opponents hitting like that, just speaking to the perimeter. But that string that Vogel gets them going on when the D is clicking of course isn't there yet.

Partially agree. Yes, they were NBA JAM level hot. Making shots they haven't hit in any of their careers. BUT that is easier to do when you're WIIIIIIDE open. For example, I don't think Rudy Gay has ever gotten that many consistent open 3 looks in his 14 year career. There were zero energy, communication (like AD mentioned), poor rotations, and generally no effort on that side of the ball.

In the grand scheme, it's no big deal. We'll get there. But damn, it was ugly to watch.

Agreed. Most of their threes were absolutely uncontested. That's not ok. That's part of why AD was steaming mad after the game. Hopefully we clean it up tonight and trounce the Bulls.

That's impressive given that list of coaches.
