    Starting:

    AD
    Gasol
    LeBron
    KCP
    Caruso

    Bench:
    Kuzma
    Montrezl
    Schroder
    Matthews
    THT/Kieff

I'd rather Caruso start because I think THT can do a lot of what Caruso provides off the bench. Plus, I'm a huge fan of Caruso+LeBron having their minutes together. Something always good happens when those two are there.

I think Schroder needs to go to the bench. His first instinct is to look to score and that comes to him naturally. He's thinking too much and being indecisive out there right now alongside AD and Bron. I think he'll be ok finishing games with our Big 2 but I would rather give him the freedom with the ball in the 2nd unit.

His scoring was definitely big tonight.

His shot is still off, but his drives and D were solid.

He was way more under control tonight, and it seemed that he wasn't so ball dominant which I liked.

So far the guy who is underwhelming, imo.

Would experiment him from the bench now that we have KCP back, with either Caruso or Wes on the wings

Maybe not now, probably is a starter to gel better with LeBron and AD and in mid-season he should go to the bench

i'm going to keep repeating: but i think he's being given his starting chance as a way to try and get him to commit to an extension. once he's paid, we might be more willing to move him around, like we have with kuz (if kuz hadn't extended, i think he'd be starting more often and playing more minutes).

if he doesn't extend, it will be interesting to watch. he might be traded at the deadline, tbh.

I don’t think it comes to that. I think both sides want an extension as per the reports. But I agree that he’s been given his chance to start but I could see that changing in the playoffs possibly. For now there’s not much harm in it, but I would much rather have him lead the bench unit which he’s more suited to do.

Waiting for that extension to be signed so we can package him with Kuz for Zach Lavine.

I think he's the one new addition thats still struggling to find his fit on this time. But its nice to have a guard that can get to the rim easily. Still some questionable passes though but I think those can be ironed out throughout the season.

If he gets demoted to the bench maybe he would look to score first even more? Can't do that with LeBron and AD.

He will find it far more enjoyable going against the backup PGs in the league.

I just don't have faith he will take it well. Then yeah we have a trade asset or he doesn't opt back in. I think all of us would like to see expanding minutes at the PG position in the starting lineup for both AC and THT. The more they do it the better they get and either paired with KCP or Wesley is a great combo on the perimeter.

Not that Dennis hasn't been surprisingly good on D and potentially really good in the starting lineup for a number of reasons. When he's cooking.

Strong D and really good shooting % tonight with 6-9 including 2-2 from deep.

Lends credence to the likelihood of him signing an extension

He is really good in the fastbreak. The way he fills the lane and moves the ball wit AC in the fastbreak makes it look like hes playin soccer

^^ Good news there and yes, that's why he's starting and it'll stay that way I believe at least until the playoffs. Hey, nice overall game from Schroder tonight! Loved the story about Lebron and Dennis making a bet on that three and that's why Lebron turned around like that after the shot. That was really fun!
