If this is how those shooters shoot, they can go.

What is it with these guys once they get to the Lakers and they can't shoot anymore?

    Wide open 3's
    Last year 51.8%
    This Year 35.8%
On almost the same frequency and attempts. It's not like the sample size is skewed.

LeBron is out there talking about justice for Breonna Taylor. I want justice for having to watch Danny Green miss wide open shots.

I posted in this thread 4 times (this is 5th) and this is the only nice thing i had to say about him. Always hated that signing, f***ing clown.

He is barely a G league player at this point. He shouldn't sniff the floor ever again. He is done, cooked to ash.

He looks done. And he has the entire restart. This problem isn't going away folks. His shooting sucks now, which is tragic because he gets paid $15 million to shoot the ball. But his defense is even worse. Wow, am I regretting we signed this guy. I thought he was a perfect fit but now I think he's perfectly $***.

I would not start him any longer. Give his minutes to Kuz and Waiters instead.

He doesn't need to be our starting wing. He's been turrable in the bubble. Those airballs in the first Q were brutal. He can't make a shot to save his life. Bron doesn't have faith in him based on that 4th Q play where DG was wide open, Bron saw him and decided against giving it to him. If he can't hit, why is he out there?

Kuz needs to replace him. At least he's active on both ends and more successful attacking if the J isn't falling. I also think he'll be rolling with me confidence with the starters.

Can't wait to trade Green this off season.

It seems we always overpay for guys in the twilight of their careers. Danny brings back memories of Brian Grant and Luol Deng.

We got Brian Grant in the Shaq trade... but thanks for bringing up Dung <hurl emoji>. He is that one guy i try to remove from my memory, hopefuly I'll be able to do the same thing with Green soon.

Green has been a huge disappointment overall since joining. Some of us (myself included) hoped to see a significantly improved version once the PO rolled around. Dude has zero goodwill left, time to show up or ship his a** out. I'm just affraid there are no trades out there with the way he's been playing.

This backcourt infuriates me. At this point I’ve given up on them even being decent instead of being completely useless. I’m putting my hopes in AD and his abilities. I feel like if AD brings fire and dominance these guys will be dragged along and play better as well or at least show some pride. But at this point I can’t count on these bums to do anything on their own. They might follow some heartfelt leadership though.

Maybe we can tempt them with some chicken wings or something.

He'll be a nice expiring deal, and teams might be looking to lower payroll due to revenue being significantly lower. My concern though is we would probably have to attach Kuz to get anything worthwhile back.

I agree with Savory, but I'd be willing to let Kuz go, if it's truly to get someone worthwhile. Just not another Danny Green.
