Blowing that thing up I guess. Real talk though - how does this make Houston better with CP3 taking the ball out of the hands of Harden? What they needed was defense not more offense.
Paul is still one of the best point guards in the game. If Harden sacrifices and plays more off Ball (big if I know) this could be great for the Rockets. Gives them another legit playmaker and closer so it's not all Harden ISO in clutch moments.
I thought Harden running the point was the key to houston's (and harden's) success last season? Now they're going to go with cp3 at the point and move harden back to the 2? makes no sense for HOU. but nice to see the JV team blowing things up
Blake opts out. CP3 opts in to be traded to Hou. So much for locking DeAndre in a room to keep him in LA. Clippers gonna Clip. Wonder if Ballmer would be dumb enough to trade us DJ.
One of the more head scratching moves. Sure Houston added another name to the team but the fit is rather questionable after Harden had an MVP-worthy season being the point guard. But Clips will Clip I guess.
Have to wonder if the Logo had any idea that yesterday LeLeave-His-Team-Again would come out and say he'd never leave it for the Clippers, and that Chris Paul would inform the team he intended to sign with Houston..... before Ballmer gave him that contract? Someone here, sirronstuff I think, said do you really want to be fighting the Clippers curse in your 80s? Which of course begs the question, how could CP3 possibly know what Houston was going to offer him and what their plans were to utilize him next to James Haren? Free Agency doesn't start until midnight 2 days from now.
Well, there goes the "Clippers are gonna be LA's NEW team" b*******. Blake's gone next and they resume their rightful place as the s***ty little brother to the P&G. It's like Christmas in July came early.
whats to stop Hou from not giving Cp3 his tenured max if the team doesn't work out and or cp3 gets injured all yr long?
Weird fit . It's going to be hilarious to watch these two floppers getting exposed together in the postseason along with Antoni
wtf. beverly, lou williams, a draft bust, and a very late first rounder is what it took to get chris f***ing paul? and people thought the gasol trade was a heist. goodness gracious. say goodbye to george, too. bad day.
poor jerry thinks he came over to finally take the clippers to that next level. clippers turn around and trade cp3 for scraps, griffin for sure leaving now, and lebron reportedly has no desire to be a clipper. the clippers are never going to stop being the clippers should've known better jerry
Seriously though right, Cousins, butler and now CP3 gets traded for scraps and here are the Pacers wanting a pirates bounty.
