    Hey Guys,

Wow. What a day, eh? And to top it off, I just saw that we signed a few undrafted players including Chaundee Brown from Michigan who was way up on my wish list. So, during the NCAA tournament I filled a yellow pad with notes (hey, it's the pandemic, not much else to do, right?) and was incredibly impressed with Chaundee. It wasn't that he filled up the stat sheets, it initially was his shooting mechanics that got my attention. Hands down, prettiest jump shot in the tourney. He's 22, 6'5", 215 lbs and has an NBA body and motor. Tough as nails and makes great decisions on the floor offensively and help defensively. But that picture perfect, feathery jumper. Take a look at him on Youtube. That's how you want to teach young players to shoot the rock. His release reminds me of Donovan Mitchell's.

Anyways, I am looking forward to seeing how he does in Summer League. It will not surprise me to see him make an impact. Again, what a flippin' day!

OK so here's one guy's pros and cons breakdown. Honestly the cons don't seem all that bad or not easily rectified with great coaching and players to learn from. Sounds like he might have had really good players ahead of him resulting in lower minutes. Undrafted seems indefensible. I hope we do it again and have another gem in the rough of a player.

key will be if he's a good team defender. at michigan, he was behind wagner (who's good) last year, and probably behind duncan robinson earlier?

anyway, he does have a nice looking jumper, and he's plenty strong. he's a little undersized (length-wise) for a sf, so he's going to have show quick feet on individual d like pj tucker does if he's going to stick.

Funny cause he's the highest ranked guy of the 3, supposedly was expected to go around 32 on the "big board" but opted to not be drafted so he could pick where afterwards, as did Ayayi. But I agree, just looking at the 3 highlight clips I picked and put up .... I think Brown and Ayayi look better. Clearly Reaves was mocked around 32 though for a reason. But Brown looks physically ready to play. Like THT at a younger even age is strong enough already to overpower guys.

Ayayi had a great run with the Zags. Relentless on D and has a very good perimeter shot. Who knows if we're grooming him to be Matthews eventual replacement.

Do you understand with the way they signed him, if they actually value Ayayi and Reaves higher, or Brown higher? They both got 2 ways. Is Brown signed with clear shot to make the roster? Seems like he should be with his NBA ready body and skills waiting to be polished.

Just like how he'll break through onto the Laker's roster when the season starts.
