Beat me to it. I was going to say something along the lines of "the other guy would've gotten the worse of that with his beak."

He's a local folk hero. I don't want to trade him... but it'd depend on what the offer is. If he's your most asked about player, you should be able to drum up the market value.

Would you trade Caruso for Collison and an asset? Fandom aside, the unanimous answer is yes. If Daniels doesn't have value and you're depending on the buyout market for an addition, that's your move. A guard has to go. There's not enough minutes for them all, either.

No point of discussing a Rondo issue. He's staying and he's playing. Call it knowing the right person (or 3. The 3 best players on the team). Call it politics. It is what it is, best you can hope for is cutting the minutes down to low teens and minimal TOs.

I keep Caruso. Why? Because he's a fan-favorite. Every team needs one of these guys to pump up the crowd. Plus, Caruso is one of the premier defenders in the league. I have a lot of confidence that when he's out there, the correct plays will be made. Kuzma, I can't say the same. Our two biggest issues are: Scorer/playmaker dual-threat and another wing defender. It's not just Kawhi and Paul George that we have to watch out for. Giannis and Khris Middleton as well as Harden and Russell Westbrook are players we need to also make sure don't go crazy.

Yeah like Kuz we'll get nothing good in return unless the other team is ready to overpay. Without the Bald Eagle= more Rondo minutes."shudder"

If I'm an opponent I'm worried when Caruso enters the game. Disrupting passing lanes, ball deflections, steals and his man defense. His Offense mostly consists of dimes or penetration and kick it out, the occasional @ the rim score but that's fine, he's a +. Kuzma can score but if he's not regularly getting stops and contributing to team D it's not a big problem for teams. He has had a couple decent games on the boards recently but he needs to be consistent there as well. And can he score in the playoffs when D gets tougher?
