i think this was reported a few days ago, right?

i have a semi-related question: why is it called an "exhibit 10" contract? are there exhibits 1-9 contracts? if so, how does a contract become part of this naming sequence?

did someone just think it sounded cool? was it imported from another business?

do all contract types have technical names, but this is the only one i know?

Jesus, this me against the world, victim complex. Lots of words just to say No one’s going to silence me and why are they trying to make an example of me, and for some odd reason people put this bs on me.

Then he says use logic, smh.

Where it is posted actually does matter. On Lakersball when someone posts something that’s not their opinion, one of the next few posts is asking for a link to the tweet, video or pics or it didn’t happen. It’s one of the things I like about this site is we deal in facts. On top of that, scanners in an airport are not basketball related and we try to stick with bball discussions in the Laker and NBA portion of this site.

As far as Kyrie goes, he does have other options. He can be traded to another team and be able to get all his salary with the exceptions of a few cities he couldn’t play in. NYC could change their mandate somewhere down the road or he could retire and live a charmed life that most people could only dream of. I’d love to sit at home and make 15 million dollars as I’m sure pretty much anyone would. It’s my opinion he doesn’t have that big of a passion for basketball but the money is good, so why not.

Isn’t it call that because the contract is 10 days? Or am I thinking about something else?

Didn’t we sign Damian Jones to that type of contract a couple times last year? (I liked that kid, btw)

I guess they have 10 days to exhibit some qualities deemed worthy of keeping around longer?

I am not really against Kyrie's opinion on this subject. For the most part, I think he is right. Where he is messed up is in the fact that he is giving up over 16 million for this and willing to risk this season for himself and for Durant and Harden. He is the guy who talked everyone into joining him, then he backed out over the principle. Honestly, everyone needs to unhinge themselves. I don't know a single pundit who is straight up against the vaccine. Almost every conservative talk show host I can think of has gotten it for themselves. The problem is not with the vaccine, it is with the government mandate and implementation of bad policy decisions. But to give up the money and the speaking position over this is just a bad move. I could see Kyrie getting blackballed over this before I could see him coming out a winner over it. Play, take your money, keep talking out against the things you don't like. That is the way to move forward and get people to at least listen a little. This guy just has a history of stupid positions that started with flat earth and anti Lebron sentiments and now he is onto another bad position. When will it end?? Never, the only thing that can stop him is the NBA says "see ya, wouldn't want to be ya"!

I haven’t seen Bradley play since he was with the Lakers, but he filled his role with us perfectly as one of our top perimeter defenders that can hit a open 3.

Strangely enough he would fit a need for us now too if he’s willing to sign a 10 day contract…. Considering we will be without THT and Ariza until Christmas, and Nunn/Monk/Ellington are out until further notice. The Lakers will rely on only Bazemore and Reaves for the next few weeks at SG.

He might be done at this point, unfortunately. Otherwise, who would not want a capable perimeter defender on their team? He's slowed down, his 3pt% isn't as good anymore... I don't know.
