    If there was a way to get Jeremy Lamb via a buyout/waivers, it’s a huge get for this team.

    I’m still not convinced there’s a clear cut obvious player we start in the SG position but Lamb would be capable of being our starting shooting guard.

    I have also been completely anxious about the age of 10 of our players. Older players are more prone to injuries and when it happens, they take longer to recover as well. The injury bug is inevitable throughout a long season and something like that can derail a entire season for a team. It happened to the Lakers just this past season.

    That’s part of the appeal of Lamb. Good size for the SG position, shot 40% from 3. Not sure of how he is on defense but he can’t be worse than Ellington/THT/Monk.

    THT is a much better defender than everyone you listed here. Lamb isn't better than Ellington either offensively and Monk is a way better athlete. Monk has all the tools to be a better that average defender as well and my guess it that this year under Vogel will help elevate that part of his game. Lamb is just more redundancy of our current roster at the wing.

    Honestly reading the boards here and seeing the adverse reaction to letting AC go...imagine what this place and others will be like if they have to pay $30 million in luxury tax for Lamb when they wouldn't for AC

    This times 1000. If the Lakers pay 30 million luxury tax for a Lamb instead of an Eagle, I really will riot in front of Staples Center.
