    I’m not surprised, his body is breaking down, being locked in for 4 years is great for him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t make it to the end of that.

    This is a great deal for Kawhi. Now, he's going to play.... maybe half of those seasons for the Clippers when you factor in the games missed, but the Clips had to do it too. Probably a good deal for everyone involved.

    yeah, him taking the long deal is actually not a great sign for the clippers, as it's a big reversal of course for him.

    edit: and yes, the clips had to do it. they basically had to take whatever terms he dictated. just like when they traded more for PG than we did for AD.

    Like I said in the Lance thread, I'll take him over IT. He at least can be an irritant defensively and won't be hunted for being Keebler Elf size.
